[MCPE-14715] Zombie and Skeleton horses

It seems that its not possible to interact with neither zombie or skeleton horses. The player cannot ride them or put a saddle on them.

According to the Minecraft wiki:
"Adult horses, donkeys, and mules can be tamed, but not zombie horses or skeleton horses."

They cannot be tamed because they are already tamed, you can still saddle and ride them. From my testing the ones that are spawned by lightning/spawn eggs have this bug, but the ones that spawn when you get near one in survival can be saddled and ridden normally.
Please reopen this issue.

This is not resolved works as intended. You cannot tame a skeleton horse but you can ride them this is a new bug in beta 15.9.8

Ever since the 1.8.0. update, the skeleton horses that I captured before 1.8.0 I cannot ride anymore. I keep clicking on them, but nothing happens.
