This happened with the UI update on 11/16/2021, not with the last hotfix.

It didn't show 1.17.40 so I put that

John Menzel: I wasn't trying to correct you, I was just adding that info for the developers. The Affected Version/s field doesn't have a way to show that it happened with an unversioned UI update.

This is fixed for me today, is it still an issue for anyone else?

It's still an issue for me. Also it should be noted that both achievement buttons are still functional

It's fixed for me now. 

This glitch happens off and on, but I do want to mention that GUI size has nothing to do with it whatsoever.
