When placing the water/lava inside the blocks, the liquids appear to "leak out" on one side of the block. This could cause problems, as if you're walking into the water, or worse, you could take damage on invisible lava outside the block.
How to Reproduce
1. Build a block chamber with this pattern

x
2. Place the water/lava in the middle of the chamber.
3. Go walk on the side of the block.
Expected Result
No invisible water/lava when walking on all sides outside the block.
Observed Result
One side outside the block has invisible water/lava, your walking speed slows down, or in case of lava, you take damage and die.

In fact, even the same bug as MCPE-136509, you can place the lava/water with command so that it does not flow and see for yourself.
Changed:
You don't even need to use commands as this works with flowing fluids too.
