I am useing a night vision texture pack on windows 10 Minecraft on pc and it does not work you can images what the images will look like (dark)

It is because of the new rendering engine implemented in versions 1.16.200 and higher, it breaks most shaders and texture packs using and modifying glsl and hlsl code, night vision texture packs modify the gamma value to always be at the highest using hlsl therefore your pack isn't working.
If you wish to use this texture pack, you can do so by downgrading minecraft to 1.16.100 (a tutorial for the same can be found on youtube).
