there is no steps to reproduce it they just do it. After going into the end and making a farm they just teleport into the air or into the void
nothing to do with deflection , the arrow simply moves itself over until the visual part of the arrow (shaft) collides with the entiy , better to see it with an enderman in cart for example.

Same problem here, nether doesnt load, even with 5 render distance.
On my other server (with a different host) the game load stone and water instead of netherrack and lava.
Reply from [Mod] GoldenHelmet: the stone and water issue is a result of not updating your server files correctly. You need to copy all of the updated files, not just the .exe.

nice report did you consider that alot of things cannot be pushed by pistons into portal and tp anymore? boats dispensed next to portal wonth either, this “fix” breaks tons of exsisting contraptions and fun mechanics for the sake of pixel accuracy. should be reverted especially considering that you cannot move portal or make space to push stuff in…
this is once again an extremely important behaviour in alot of exsisting contraptions and has worked since the exsistance of rails and carts. removing this breaks a ton of contraptions and barely adds anything
this does NOT fundamentally break cart tech , activator rails still exsist and use the same dismount logic. infact no other controlling entity uses dismount logic , all riders and passengers are dropped exactly where controlling entity died or got removed. most contraptions will be easily fixable by using activator rails or a piston to push the mob etc.
this is completly expected behaviour....
cart dismounting always checks the 8 surrounding blocks first to avoid breaking cart contraptions. the same block it came from is intentionally the lowest priority.
this is a feature request. there is 0 indication that the behaviour of boats,carts ,items should be the same as living entities nor is anything funny in the code happening... items,carts,boats etc are not the same as a creeper

I have encountered this same bug in 1.18.2 on my own server in a freshly generated world, though there was no fire on the bedrock blocks on top of each obsidian tower. There were only 2 End crystals generated, with the rest missing.
I have attached a screenshot. I have done nothing in this world except open the end portal and jump through.
The server is configured with 4 cores and 13GB of RAM. Please let me know if you need additional information.
