Block replaced under chest cannot be picked up

1. Start with floor of blocks (type doesn't matter).
2. Place a chest on the floor.
3. Break the block underneath the chest.
4. Replace the block underneath the chest.
5. The broken block originally under the chest floats under/in front of the chest and cannot be picked up.
