It is taking me 5 minutes just to break a single block, and then the cycle starts again. This has happened after I copied my pre-1.18 world multiple times, and the problems till persists. I cannot build anything, and it's really frustrating for it to take 30 minutes just to break a few glass blocks. I have my render distance at its lowest, fancy graphics off, and beautiful skies off. I could play on this console with the graphics on the max, but now I cannot even break or build anything. This happens when picking up the blocks as well. Please fix this urgently.

I'm having the same problem. I just got the caves and cliffs part 2 update and it's glitching like crazy. On split screen I can't even open a chest. Blocks I mine freeze and then return. Essentially, the game is not even playable.
