At Y level 30 my frames drop from 60 to 10 i can only move 1 cubic block at a time and this is peacefull no enties

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer?

it is not relm it is on xbox 1 singleplayerd i alwase spawn in ice biomes then if i move it is not smooth it is a blocke movement and turning i wish i can send you a screen shot or vidio but i cant

Is this still an issue after the 1.18.2 Hotfix?
