When I get on ps4 my skins won't load and I gives me the option for the basic skins and not my paid for skins and I also can't customize my character much like it gives me a few customizations but won't load the rest. But on my Nintendo switch and my phone all my other skin and customization for the skins work okay

forgive me for the late response yes it is still a problem my playstation 4 and switch now do not let me use anything from the market place but I can still see some of them and I am not the only one my cousin has the same problem on his PlayStation 4 as me. I will also try to get a picture to help you understand it better
