[MCPE-1499] Too large amount numbers of item on smaller screens

So, I have a phone with wery small screen (QVGA, 240x320) and when I play survival, amount numbers of items are so large that they obscure items (See on image). Also numbers in crafting table are too small.

maybe smaller resolution, making more large number of item in hotbar. look at this https://mojang.atlassian.net/browse/MCPE-983

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
