[MCPE-150092] Old loading bar is still used on some interfaces

Hello Mojang, I have spotted a bug in which the pre-1.17 loading bars are used on the multiplayer screen, downloading packs screen which also includes an overlap, loading screen before showing the saving world screen, as well as the joining server screen. I may have missed some, and perhaps you should be taking a look at them.

Expected Results

The new loading symbol should be displayed on all these interfaces.
The downloading packs bar should not be overlapped.

Hello! Yes, this is still an issue in the latest Bedrock version. I believe the affected versions are those which came after the new loading symbol was introduced to Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

Also, in addition to this, many similar interfaces still use this old loading bar, including the join server/join multiplayer world screens.

Does this issue still occur after updating to 1.19.30? If so, do you use any resource packs when it occurs?
