Hello! Yes, this is still an issue in the latest Bedrock version. I believe the affected versions are those which came after the new loading symbol was introduced to Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.
Also, in addition to this, many similar interfaces still use this old loading bar, including the join server/join multiplayer world screens.
This is happening for me as well. Minecraft 1.18.2.

Thanks for your reply. Something similar did happen to my second survival world created when 1.17 dropped back in June. I had a wonderful view of a mountain range (not 1.18 mountains) from my starter house, and a dark oak forest behind my house for an infinite supply of wood. When I upgraded to 1.18, my wonderful mountain was gone, so as the dark oak forest, and was replaced with water, making my once giant land into an island sort of form. I took a look around, and one of those large oaks was cut in half. The forest which continued after that was completely replaced with a shoreline and then a mini-ocean, after that I could see some dark oak hills (1.18 generation). There was also a 1.18 mountain visible in the distance surrounded by forest.
I believe this is an issue still occuring, I have not yet seen a goat spawn in the Jagged Peaks biome.
The same happened for me before. Did you try to re-install the Minecraft Music pack from the Marketplace?
Hey there! This is still an issue in the latest versions of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition as well as the latest Previews/Betas.
