Acacia saplings don't grow on moss using bone meal

Unlike all other saplings, acacia saplings don't grow on moss using bone meal.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place a moss block

  2. Place an acacia sapling on top

  3. Bone meal the acacia sapling

Observed Results:
The acacia sapling does not grow.

Expected Results:
The acacia sapling should grow.

Just tested in 1.19.51, and it still does __ not work.  Please update affected versions.

Tested in 1.21.0, not currently fixed.

This was presumably fixed in preview 1.21.50.26:

All trees can grow on dirt-like blocks (MCPE-187739)
