Trees still don't grow when planted on pale moss blocks

Despite MCPE-187322 being supposedly fixed in 1.21.50.25, the issue is still present. They fixed pale oak trees not being able to grow on pale moss, but every other sapling except the pale oak and cherry tree still cannot be grown on pale moss.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Plant any sapling that isn't a pale oak or cherry on a pale moss block.

2. Try bonemealing it.

3. Type the following command: /gamerule randomstickspeed 4000

Observed results:
The tree won't grow.

Expected results:
It should.
