PS4 and PS5 affected. Animals on a lead, or set up where animal without lead has no choice but to cross boat, animal will not enter boat, but will walk over it, around it, etc.. Cows, Sheep, Foxes, Chickens, Rabbits, etc will not get into boats.. after the last 4 hours trying to move artic foxes to my base, only 1 of the 4 foxes I have got into the boat.
This is also true of villagers you try to push into boat.. you push them around/over boat but not into boat. Villagers will walk into it on own, but most cross on top instead of entering it.
Not sure if it will affect hostile mobs, but most likely and if so, this can break record drop traps concerning boating skeleton and creeper.

Thank you for making a report. You're really reporting two different issues:
Leashed mobs cannot enter boats.
Mobs (not leashed) can walk over boats without entering.
These really need separate reports. We can refocus this report on one of them, and then you can make another report for the other if you wish. I would suggest focusing on (2) because that seems more like a bug to me. I always thought (1) was intended because leashing a mob is a convenient way to get it out of a boat. The behavior is different in Java Edition (you can have leashed mobs in boats in Java), but that alone doesn't make it a valid issue for the bug tracker.
