The AI and the player keep slipping into blocks and taking damage. It does not matter whether it is the nether or the upper world. For a short time you slide wildly into a block and either get a shame until you get out of it or only for a few ms. AI also glitches into blocks and is only half visible then.
KI und Spieler rutschen immer wieder in Blöcke rein und bekommen schaden. Es ist egal ob Nether oder Oberwelt. Für kurze zeit rutsch mann wild in einen Block und bekommt schade entweder bis man sich rausbaut oder nur für paar ms. Auch KI glitchen in Blöcke rein und sind nur halb dann zu sehen.

It happens by accident. You slide briefly for a few seconds. into a block and gets damage. Even in the Nether, the mobs can suddenly only be seen from their knees, for example. But this always happens spontaneously and by chance.
Das passiert zufällig. Man rutscht kurz für paar sek. in ein block und bekommt schaden. Auch im Nether sind die Mobs zb plötzlich nur noch ab den knieen zu sehen. Dies geschieht aber immer ganz spontan und zufällig.

Does this only happen after using elytra or swimming, perhaps after dying?
