[MCPE-150884] Creepers drop music discs even when not killed by an arrow

Creepers killed with TNT a skeleton arrow lit by passing through fire/lava or wielding a flame-enchanted bow drop a music disc.

Confirmed, but I think this is intended behavior. TNT kill counts to the mob that ignited the TNT, whether a player or another mob. It is just like a kill by a pet wolf or projectile, it counts to the owner of the entity that does the damage.

MC-210303 was resolved as Works As Intended, so I have resolved this ticket as Works As Intended as well.
