[MCPE-15092] redstone blocks do not power redstone lamps

When you put a redstone block under a redstone lamp after a while the redstone lamp just turns off! I don't know why

I cannot reproduce it in 0.14.3. Please attach a screenshot showing the redstone lamp is actually turned off.
