[MCPE-15102] Interaction (right click) not sendt to server on sugarcane and fire

When activating sugarcanes with bonemeal to make them grow ~~or tapping a fire to extinguish. it theres no Interaction packet sendt.~~ Reported as MCPE-10617
Checked with wireshark on local multiplayer and external software.

Fire interaction not updating across a LAN has been reported at MCPE-10617.

A little idea how to fix: Interaction on hitbox not possible if hasentitycollision = false. So may be related to the bounding box.
