Anytime I try to download a texture pack from the market place onto my Xbox Series S it will download to the console but gets stuck on the import screen and stays at 0% no matter how long I leave it there for.

Since the release of 1.18.12 I've had the same issue, even when trying to update a texture pack this happens. on some occasions can even crash to the dashboard. I've also had it not load the import screen properly and will not show any text whilst it keeps trying to reload the screen. I am also on the Series X.
It's weird because on my laptop it seems to have downloaded before, but on my console and desktop it will never do anything at all. I can't even get past the downloading screen, the progress bar never moves past download.
Anyone know when a patch is coming out? It would be useful to know when I can play my downloaded worlds again.
I wonder if PC will work for me. Possibly, there's no patch notes on the screen when you log in. Maybe you have to wait for that screen to kick in, just a guess. I'm just throwing stuff. I'm trying it, wish me luck. 😉
Confirmed still an issue with patch 1.18.31
Have managed to trick the system by starting a piece of content to download, and then jumping out of the game to the console's dashboard. Then going back into the game.
While this manages to download the content update and lets me play the game, the content is still flagged as needing to be updated in the marketplace
We believe this bug is fixed in the latest beta version, along with the issue mentioned at MCPE-54531:
https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/6343303294093-Minecraft-Beta-Preview-1-19-0-34-35
The fix will be included in a future update when that is ready for full release (no specific date can be given). We will leave this ticket open as a point of reference until the fix has been fully released.
Same issue on a Series X running 1.18.12
