1.18.2 Hard Survival SMP -Xbox, PlayStation, mobile and PC users.
When you find an outpost there are pillagers, but once you kill them they do not respawn.
Leaving the area, reloading the world, going to mob spawn distance, day and night, setting server from hard to peaceful and back to hard mode - nothing is working.
It is not a mobcap issue, it does not matter how many players are in world- no pillagers will spawn.

Please provide seed and coordinates and if possible a copy of the affected world. If the world is too large to upload here you may use a file sharing site like onedrive, mediafire, etc.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
