Camera snaps to the side at certain angles while in a boat as a passenger

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world with the "Multiplayer Game" and "Visible to LAN players" options enabled

2. Place a boat on water

3. Use a second device with a different Microsoft account to join the world

4. Enter the boat on both devices

5. While looking at the passenger's screen, turn the boat

Observed Results:
The passenger's camera snaps to the side.

Expected Results:
The passenger's camera should face the direction the boat is facing.
