chest only has the first row available, the other rows and items are hidden and the only way I can get to them is to break the chest. Help me....

Chests may not show all inventory slots when using the Pocket UI. As a workaround you might want to enable the Classic UI setting.
Please try using the workaround mentioned (switching to the Classic UI) by navigating to Minecraft > Settings > Video > UI Profile > Classic
