Unused texture in minecart file

Summary:
Minecarts texture file contains part of old MC-206303 bottom texture. The texture in the game is not visible and not used, in Java it was removed from the game in 1.18.2.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find the texture minecart.png in minecraft files.

2. Examine the texture for unused parts.

Observed results:
The file contains the old texture of the old minecart bottom not used in the game.

Expected results:
There will be no unused textures.
