Old unused blocks are not completely removed from the game

Summary:
There are blocks in the game files that have not been deleted and used for a long time. These can be obtained using the NBT editor. They have their own texture and (most) translation.

These blocks include (specified id):

  • stonecutter

  • netherreactor

  • glowingobsidian

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Use NBT editor to get blocks (id above) or load the attached world.

Observed results:
The game contains outdated blocks with textures and translations.

Expected results:
Blocks must be completely removed from the game, since they cannot be obtained without the NBT editor, and they are not used in the game.
The blocks will have an "update" texture

All these blocks listed were obtainable in survival and creative at one point in Minecraft Bedrock during its early days.

If any these blocks were ever removed, here is how the blocks should convert:

  • The old stonecutter should be converted into the new stonecutter added in Village and Pillage.

  • Glowing Obsidian should be converted into normal obsidian.

  • Nether Reactor Core could be repurposed into a new block, or be converted into a diamond block or an iron block.

Another solution would be to make all these affected blocks available again with creative and commands and possibly repurposed.

Also, I can confirm in 1.21.23 Hotfix.
