There are no buttons on mobile for importing and exporting world. There isn't any reason why to not have them on mobiles. With new files location on Android, it is even more useful since you have to use special file explorer like solid explorer that has access to android/data folder to export world on Android.

The Export button missing in structure blocks is being tracked at MCPE-122681, so I have removed that part from this report.
