[MCPE-122681] No Export Structure Block function on Android

This feature is missing, but the changelog includes:

Step to reproduce:

Using command with:
```
/give @p structure_block
```

Place the structure block and open
Click Mode in structure block

Observed results:

This Export function was missing on android but changelog was included.

Expected results:

Export function should be added on all android devices.

holy shit, it's been almost 3 years since this bug has been around, and to this day it has never been fixed, even though it's something relatively simple, mojang should be ashamed of itself.

I also have this problem and have had it in Bedrock (on Xbox) for quite some time. It is now 1.21.2 and this is one of many useful features that Mojang has suddenly removed for apparently no reason and they refuse to add the features back. As someone who frequently uses command blocks and structure blocks this really bothers me.
