[MCPE-15183] Pistons and sticky pistons don't work like in Minecraft PC

When two pistons are placed vertically and are activated from the top, only the first piston worked, not the bottom one. It's useless to make classic Jeb doors without this fixed.

Working as intended. In Pocket Edition, the pistons must be powered directly.
