Villagers and Iron golems usually leave there villagers and never come back it.
This bug its present since versions 0.14.0 and up.
Game mode incudes survival .

Duplicate of your own ticket MCPE-13007 which is still a duplicate of MCPE-13602.
Please do not create duplicate tickets (especially your own!!), it just makes the process of fixing the bugs reported more complicated.
Just like 0.9.0 to 0.11.0, this bug its not present in 0.12.0 and 0.13.0.
