[MCPE-15210] Portable hotspot multiplayer lan bug with server and client

Turn on your portable wifi hotspot, open your minecraft join in world, game show message: You must be conhecer to Wifi to play with your friends.
In build 1 game not show this error . Now i cant play minecraft with my friends. This message show in client in Play>Friends tab
Bug is tested on Android 4.1.2, 4.4 and 5.0.1

Please make hotspot lan works again.
Suggest for next version: trains or couplings minecart, minecart with furnance and new rails type.

Restrict hosting or joining games while on your mobile network (instead of being limited to wifi) to prevent huge bills on metered networks.

on mcpe 1.0, when creating a hotspot, can see friends game, but if trying to join tells me "wifi must be on" - please fix!!!
