[MCPE-15214] Performance downgrade in 0.15

Normally from the past updates i always get max frames even when I'm at max settings but now I'm when I look around the screen is like jittering
hopefully this will be fixed be because this ain't normal and i remember one of shoghicp tweets saying in 0.15 performance should be fixed and the faster battery draining so why is there no change to that?

Yes I'm having the same issue I'm playing on samsung galaxy s4 lollipop 5.1. And my newer samsun galaxy has 5.1. And I have lag to where I cannot even hit a block or mob 1/ 2 of the time. My battery drains quick , also the beta is taking up almost 1 GB on my phone.

peformance is 3 times worse in mcwin 10 1.0
than 0.15 !
