Hello,
Last week, all my skins disappeared for (apparently) no reason.
I tried to delog and relog from my microsoft account multiple times, using my iPhone, my Switch and my Minecraft Java, but the custom skins I had refuses to come back.
What did I miss ?
EDIT: As requested in comments, I edit this bug in order to give more insight regarding my issue. I don't know what I can do in order to be more compliant with the bug reporting guidelines, I've already added screenshot, specified my platform and already detailed my problem, anyway, here is my attempt:
I uses MCPE on switch, ios and windows.
I had few classic skins from official market place, but also some got some skin parts from event such as the everyday gifts from christmas event.
They were supposed to be stored in my microsoft account (I did migrate few monthes ago). The last time i did change my skin (maybe last summer), I did chose a classic red hoodie and then went on the character part in order to equip a bionic left arm (I cant' find anymore).
I did use this for few monthes, both on Switch and IOS.
Then on early february my skins disappeard, and my dress room was totally empty.
On early june, my dress room is still totally empty and I ain't got no skin in my dressing room, only Alex and Steve.
Now, I have my bought skins back from the market place, but my saved characters are still gone and all my looted character parts, too.

All skins have vanished again today ... they were there yesterday but today everything is back to Alex and Steve. What is the point of spending time creating characters or purchasing skins when they just randomly get deleted?
Same problem. My custom skins all disappeared after 1.19.0 update, and I can no longer equip any clothes for my character in the dressing room.
Is this still an issue for you in the latest release version (currently 1.19.51)?
Please also note that for any missing items you have purchased from the Marketplace you will need to contact the Minecraft Help Center.
As explained in the Bug Tracker Guidelines, we are not able to access your account from here.
There are two different types of skins: Characters and Classic Skins. The latter can also be loaded from Marketplace packs, self-authored packs, or individually from image files. All of these are installed and equipped in the game by using different procedures. Please read our guidelines for creating a bug report to learn what kind of information you need to give us so we can understand what problem you're having. You can then rewrite your description with that information and we will take another look at it.
This report will automatically reopen when you edit it.
