Does this issue only occur on Bedrock Dedicated Server or it can be reproduced on Realms/Local Worlds? What platform/Device are you using? Can you please attach copy of affected world with coordinates where this issue occurs. If world exceeds file size limit you can you OneDrive or similar file hosting service and share link.
