[MCPE-15249] missing hotbar

When I'm in the crafting table when something explode and hurts me nearby like creeper or TnT my hotbar,health and hunger bar is missing. I think this is also happen on furnace,chest,brewing stand and dropper etc.

1.In survival
2.Lure the creeper to you or use TNT
3.Use the crafting table before creeper/TNT explode.
