Yes its a cow jockey and also i didnt mention this if you kill the cow that
the baby zombie is riding, if there a nearby mobs like sheep etc. the baby
zombie will ride that sheep but you can only see its head still, if you
kill the sheep the baby zombie will ride another mobs nearby and so on.

And its actually kinda funny
I just bought the city texture pack and the result is the same, black
screen and crash. The texturepack is fine, there maybe a glitch in the game
when selecting a texture, If you cant fix it, Well i just wasted a good
money on that texture pack and i cant use it until someone fix this. 😞
