disconnectionScreen.unexpectedPacket bug

I'm unsure if this only affects beta because I didn't try this on other versions.

When using "minecraft:ticking" component on a custom block, and unloading the placed block, the timer still counts down, and when it's unloaded for a while, when you load the chunks with a lot of blocks that have "minecraft:ticking" the game gives up and disconnects you from the game because it has to run a lot of events at the same time, this can be easily fixed by pausing the timer when the block with "minecraft:ticking" is not loaded.

Please attach a sample addon that can be used to reproduce the bug.
