I've been trying to install the Sonic the Hedgehog world and the fantasy resource pack from the marketplace but neither download is progressing. I've also tried to stop the download, but I can't stop the downloads.

I do. I just got a new router and my connection is at max, and even if my wifi sucked I can use my cellular data

It may be just a bug with the beta. Did you try downloading it in the normal 1.18.12 version?

That kinda defeats the purpose of the bug report thing or using the beta at all. Mojang knows that the betas are going to have a good amount of bugs. As Beta testers, they ask us to report bugs in the betas so that they can work to fix them for future betas and releases.

Not exactly. None of the content I've bought on the marketplace and try to download is working. And besides, MCPE-54531 doesn't list 1.18.30.26 in the list of versions that get affected by this. And, another thing is that, according to their screenshots they sent, the download progress bar never ends up appearing for them while mine does appear, just never updates itself.

Start downloading texture pack, wait till the download is finished and it is stuck on import. Press the home button and home to leave the game (don't quit it, just jump to the homepage) and jump back in minecraft. The import is starting then. Works for me every time.
