I found such a block while navigating my map after the last update.When I opened a new map with the same seed, I saw that it was not there.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. It is likely its either from an older or newer version of minecraft (or the texture is missing)
