To reproduce this, find a deep dark biome and explore.
You would find glow lichens at the ceiling, but it has been mentioned officially that there would not be glow lichens in this biome.

To @unknown: Please do not make alterations on old resolved reports (eg MCPE-14447, MCPE-4957, etc). Changing these old reports serves no useful purpose and just creates noise on the bug tracker feed.
Has this design been mentioned in changelogs, or did you heard that information from game wiki only?
