[Experimental] Shrieker does not emit sound once a Warden is present

Summary:
The Shrieker stops emitting screams when a Warden is already called by it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a Sculk Shrieker
2. Trigger and wait for the Warden to spawn
3. Attempt to trigger the Shrieker

Expected Result:
The shrieker, like the Java snapshots, emits screaming noises
Observed Result:
Shrieker is no longer triggered by any means

This is currently working exactly like Java Edition. The shrieker can only be triggered to call the warden. Once the warden is there, it stays inactive until the warden goes away or despawns.
