[MCPE-153566] Interacting with the shield will trigger the cooldown

When you use the shield by left-clicking or tap-holding it, the shield cooldown gets triggered.

How to Reproduce
1. Get a shield.
2. Interact with it by left-clicking tap-holding it.

Observed Result
The shield cooldown gets triggered, causing the shield to be unusable.

Expected Result
The shield should not get a cooldown when being used.
