Will not allow me to download anything

It will now only allow me to download one or two new worlds/items bought occasionally. It still will not allow me to cancel the not working downloads. Downloads usually never begin. It will load the download visual box, but it never begins. If I am lucky, one download will begin after force stopping the app and restarting my phone multiple times in a row.

 

It is not resolved. I ended up leaving the beta program, deleting and reinstalling the regular Minecraft. We lost 90% of our saved Worlds and still can not download owned nor free Realms+ content. It only allows me to sometimes upload a character skin sometimes. World recovery does not work. Minecraft does not even recognize I have a paid monthly subscription to Realms+. It keeps on trying to make me buy a new one.

 

I bought the Sonic world and others. We can not even create the worlds due to the download issues.

 

100% data is still unrecoverable on my Note 8! Glitches in market place everywhere. First telling me to buy the worlds again. Then changing just to a download button.

 

Minecraft sucks now for my eight year old autistic spectrum son.

@unknown: I'm sorry you've had so much trouble with this report. Several problems contributed to it being mishandled.

First, you created this report in the BDS project instead of the MCPE project. BDS is for the dedicated server version of Minecraft, while MCPE is for the regular Minecraft version on PC, console, and mobile devices. As it was in the wrong project, there was a delay before it was reviewed.

Second, your description of the problem doesn't provide very much context, which makes it difficult for us to understand. You also weren't clear about which Marketplace content you were having a problem with. Our guidelines advise you on how to write a helpful bug report, and we expect you to read them before submitting. I know there's a lot to read there, but it's necessary to understand them if you want us to understand you.

Third, your report duplicates another one that was submitted earlier. You probably think this bug tracker is a customer service kind of site, where you tell us about a problem and we work with you on fixing it, but that's not how it works: With hundreds of millions of players, Mojang would need hundreds of staff members to give everybody personal service. What this site is, is a way to pass Mojang developers information about a bug so they can reproduce it themselves, which is the best way to figure out how to fix it. That means that multiple reports of the same bug have to be combined, and that's what we on the bug tracker staff do. For this reason our guidelines ask you to search for a previous report before submitting a duplicate, to save us from handling redundant reports. (By the way, we aren't Mojang or Microsoft employees, we're volunteers from the community. We have a Mojang liaison we pass confirmed bugs to, but otherwise we don't have access to the developers.) In the case of this report, because it was a duplicate it was closed with a link to the earlier report it duplicated. Again, our guidelines explain this process so you won't be confused by your report being "resolved" but your problem not fixed. You simply have to watch for progress on the linked report. As for this report, once we closed it we stopped watching it, because any further communication is supposed to happen on the linked report.

If you look at MCPE-153599, you'll see that we are making progress on the problem downloading content from the Marketplace.
