[MCPE-153700] Custom skins not functioning correctly

The custom skin accessories are not appearing, it's just always the default Steve skin no matter what as depicted in the screenshots attached.

Happened to me too. This normally happens when starting up the game and you are signing into you microsoft account. This is a very anoying bug as you have to edit your hole character once again. By the way your skin will eighter be Steve or Alex.

Do you have any resource packs enabled? If so, does the issue still occur if you disable them?

Disabling the resource pack I had enabled fixed the issue, thank you.
