Minecart moving doesn't produce a level 6 vibration output

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Build a railway for the minecart, use powered rails to make it automatic;

  2. Place a minecart on the tracks and make it move;

  3. Place a sculk sensor nearby;

  4. Use a comparator to get the right output type.

Observed Results:
The minecart's movement is counted as a regular step, producing a level 1 signal.

Expected Results:
The minecart's movement is its own output type, producing a level 6 signal.
