Sometimes if I pause the game when I resume the screen goes black and only torches are oddly visible. I have to completely exit and quit game. It happens several times and making game unplayable. What did you all fix?

It's not quite the same issue. I am using a 3rd party rtx pack. but this issue has been happening for as long as I can remember and on PS4 as well. It stopped for a long time, now returned with this update.
