I have searched for this issue and there is one- However it shows as fixed in a previous version.
This is a new issue because it occurs in 0.15.0 and there is no bug report that says it does.
Basically when ascending or descending ladders there is no sound.
You may get an initial sound when you begin descending but nothing else.
