Can confirm this in 1.0.0
Blazes spawning seems to be out of control and then the game starts lagging terribly
1.0.0 - Can conform that FPS drops to unplayable anywhere near a blaze spawner
Ok - It isn't crashing anymore but the game becomes incredibly laggy even with all niceties turned off - Swinging the sword when there are many enemies around doesn't seem to work.
I will attempt this and let you know!
Also crashes on 0.16.1 (beta)
In a new game - I enter the nether; build a 7x7x7 room
put linked hoppers on the floor
put a blaze spawner in the middle of the room
leave a 1 block hole in the front of the room and attack blazes through this gap with a sword.. as soon as the blazes begin firing - the game crashes
I have tried this in 2 different locations and the game still crashes
Just experienced this crash on MCPE 0.16.0 (latest stable)
I have built a room around a blaze spawner and have a window with which I attack blazes through with a sword - The rods fall onto hoppers that lead to a chest.
After about 3 seconds of attack; the game crashes
Hi Neil,
Yes takes about 0.5 seconds hold on the block!
With respect Rodriguez,
It is not fixed in 0.15.10.
Please mark as unresolved. It is still broken.
Please add 0.15.10 and please, please, please can you give us an estimate of when this hyper-annoying bug (sorry.. Regression) will be fixed.
Please add 0.15.9 to the Affected versions....
Please add 0.15.8 to the Affected versions.
Is anyone actually working on this regression of functionality? 8 sub-versions later and still broken.
YUp - still there in 0.15.4
Still incredibly fast in 0.15.4
Any progress on this?
When will this be resolved??
Still an issue in 0.15.3..
Yup - Still having the issue here - Nexus 7 Android 6.0.1 MCPE 0.15.2
I have uninstalled MCPE and reinstalled it to no avail.
Cannot put out fire in survival in new or existing worlds. - In creative you can!
@Liam. In 14.x you only needed to tap on the fire.
In 15.x (creative) you have to tap and hold (almost half way between a tap and full on block destroy) to extinguish.
In 15.x survival, it is like the fire extinguish function jut isn't being called and the block starts to be mined.
Is it possible to revert back to the 14.x method of just tapping on the block to extinguish the fire?
Still a bug in 0.15.2
@Aspergerian - Ok.
Blazes can spawn naturally in nether fortresses at a light level of 11 or less.
