Yup, just like so in the summary. The freaking server crashes for no reason, and takes all the players back to a three hour world copy. Please have in mind that this is a realm, and it has happened to us over seven times in the last two days. weights exactly 250GB. I personally don't think paying monthly for a realm is fair for getting this kind of server that crashes every single day.
Would be fair if we all get a re found, or even better would be taking back all the progress that we lost. All those lost hours in game for it to crash and fade away for ever, unless if claim Mojang's attention for this long, never ending issue.

However, this issue is Invalid for the bug tracker.
Crashes such as these are logged automatically by the game or server and investigated further by the development team internally, so they are not generally kept on the bug tracker.
If you can provide a list of steps that someone else can follow to consistently reproduce a crash then feel free to create a new report. Please be sure to always search for duplicates before creating any new report. Please see the Bug Tracker Guidelines for more information.
The issue with the realm resetting to a previous save is tracked in MCPE-12347.
