Tripwire not triggered by player in minecart or pig riding, but does for horses and boats

Tripwires are not being tripped by the body of a passenger seated in a Minecart. The Minecart and its passenger pass through the Tripwire as if the Minecart is empty and passing under the Tripwire. As a pedestrian (not in a Minecart), the player's body does trip a Tripwire upon passing through it.... It's the player as passenger in a Minecart that is the problem.

Also, upon close proximity to a Button, the user is engulfed by the image of the button as if the user is inside the Button.

The button thing is a different bug that has been reported many times before. Does this happen when riding a horse to?

Prior to the most recent updates (about 16 June 2016) I did not experience the button problem. From my perspective, it came with the June 2016 update(s). Riding a horse in close proximity to a button does not result in the same visual "in the button" experience. Functionally, the button problem is an annoyance, but it's not critical or fatal.... On the other hand, the Tripwire problem is functionally critical.

Confirmed in MCPE 0.15.1 Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8), Android 5.1.1.

Tripwire does trigger when riding a horse or a boat, but doesn't trigger when riding a pig.

Very terrible functional bug, faced it when was creating rail rotation system based on empty/w player minecart, it dosent detect player in minecart passing through it, not tested with other mobs. iPhone OS 10.0.2, MCPE 0.15.9

This is purportedly fixed in the 0.16 beta (0.15.90 changelog)

It is still an unfixed problem in Windows 10 Beta version. It wasn't a problem prior to mid-June 2016, but as of the update that occurred at that time, it became a problem. I don't know the particulars regarding versions, but if "0.16 beta" refers to Windows 10 Beta, and if it is purportedly fixed, then updates are not happening... or, at least not automatically.

That's correct, the 0.16 beta (called 0.15.90.x) is only available on Android. If you wish to participate in the testing, you can do so here.

The current version of the Windows 10 version is 0.15.9 - We will (hopefully) see this issue fixed on Win10 when the 0.16.x version is released fully.
