[MCPE-15683] Game crashes when using Resource Packs

As the title says, the game crashes when using any resource packs, it's an annoying bug, because it won't let me use Resource Packs.

Steps to reproduce:

Have ANY resource packs using;
Play the game and see if it crashes;

Are you using resource packs specifically made for MCPE 0.15.0? BlockLauncher and Java edition resource packs will not work.

This issue is Invalid, as support for texture packs not made by Mojang is not implemented in the game yet.

How is this invalid, if I saw alot of youtubers use the Downloaded Texture packs (Without JAVA and Blocklaucher)? It worked, wasn't by Mojang, and didn't crashed. Sorry for sound rude, I'm just pointing it out.

This bug tracker is only for the vanilla, unmodified version of the game. If you modify the game you do so at your own risk. Just because mods exist that work for many users does not mean it will be supported in the official bug tracker. Sorry.
